Today’s poll: Should driving and road safety be part of the school curriculum?

A campaign has been launched to teach teenagers motoring skills at school even before they start taking lessons at 17 in the belief it could make them safer drivers, lead to fewer accidents and bring down insurance premiums.

Apparently similar approaches in Europe have resulted in a 40% reduction in accidents among novice drivers.
