Today’s poll: Should all schools exist in clusters with one head in overall charge?

Schools commissioner Frank Green is reporting as suggesting that, because there not enough outstanding leaders to go round (and because he thinks schools will struggle if left in isolation), all schools might benefit from being put into groups or clusters with one outstanding head in overall charge. Would this be a good move?

    SchoolsImprove No! Too many over-paid ‘Executive’ Principals with inflated egos already. This is not the answer.

    SchoolsImprove Well, school in a cluster as in all in the same town or area, like as in a local council perhaps. Wud that be too sensible?
