Special needs education under threat – Newsnight video

Children with special needs and disabilities rely on specialist education, but funding is being cut. BBC Newsnight interviews parents who are taking a stand against the cuts.

Parents all over the country are banding together to fund judicial reviews into the cuts, arguing that councils are not fulfilling their statutory duties.

Now Newsnight has learned that a group of parents is preparing to challenge the central government.
