Nicola Sturgeon repeats that blended learning for school pupils cannot be ruled out

Nicola Sturgeon has repeated her view that home-based schooling cannot be ruled out as a way of dealing with coronavirus. The First Minister said the Government’s “objective” is to keep schools open, but added that reverting to “blended learning” for a “period” could be dismissed. Her comments, made at her daily media briefing, came as she confirmed the Government’s new strategy on coronavirus restrictions will be published at the end of the week.
