£1.5m funding package to help teachers get over pressure of Covid

The Scotsman reports …

School staff will be offered increased mental health support and new career development measures as part of a £1.5 million funding package to help manage additional pressures as a direct result of the Covid pandemic. The extra help comes amid concerns about the growing number of positive coronavirus cases in schools and demands for an interim report from the OECD on the future of Scotland’s Curriculum for Excellence (CfE).
